Terms and Conditions – Organic September Giveaway

  1. Promoter: The promoter of this competition is Hewn Clothing, a Trading name of Purposeful Brands Limited, referred to as “Hewn” throughout these terms.

  2. Eligibility: The competition is open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees of Hewn, their immediate families, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.

  3. How to Enter: To enter, you must follow @hewnclo on Instagram, tag a friend in the comments of the designated competition post, before October 1st, 2024. Multiple entries are allowed, but the same friend cannot be tagged more than once.

  4. Prize Details: The prize consists of two hoodies or sweatshirts (winner's choice, subject to availability) with a combined retail value of up to £150. Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternative is offered.

  5. Winner Selection: Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received by 11:59 PM BST on September 30th, 2024. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message within 7 days of the closing date.

  6. Claiming the Prize: The winner must respond to the notification message within 48 hours to claim their prize. Failure to respond may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternative winner may be selected at Hewn’s discretion.

  7. Delivery of Prize: Prizes will be dispatched to the winners within 28 days of prize confirmation. Delivery times may vary.

  8. Publicity: By entering this competition, participants agree to having their name and/or Instagram handle used in promotional material related to the giveaway, including announcements on Hewn’s social media platforms.

  9. Data Protection: Any personal data provided in the course of this competition will only be processed in accordance with Hewn’s privacy policy and the Data Protection Act 2018.

  10. Modification and Termination: Hewn reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the competition in the event of unforeseen circumstances or technical issues beyond its control.

  11. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by English law, and any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
