We are a premium sustainable streetwear brand committed to delivering high-quality, eco-conscious apparel. Our name comes from the old english 'to hew' meaning to craft an item from natural materials (historically wood or stone).
Rooted in the historic cotton mills of Ancoats, Manchester, our collections are meticulously crafted from 100% organic cotton, prioritising both environmental responsibility and exceptional craftsmanship.
Designed with comfort and longevity in mind, we believe carefully chosen fabric quality and careful construction techniques ensure a perfect blend of luxury and long-lasting wear.

Colour me impressed
Inspired by the colours of nature our collection features over 20 colours from deep Ocean Blue to vibrant Peach Orange we've got your essentials covered in every shade.
We use a process across our dyed colour range to ensure our waste-water and dye chemicals are separated and cleansed to ensure they don't damage the local environment.
That is of course except for our Natural Cotton colour - it's an exceptional undyed option that minimises energy use that we think is the perfect neutral. Complete with little specks of imperfections (entirely normal!) it makes every piece truly unique and has been our top-seller since day one.

Mustard Tree - Tackling Poverty and Homelessness
Mustard Tree is our local anti-poverty charity that works across our community to tackle homelessness and inequality. We give them any item we cannot sell to ensure there is no waste from our business and that it has a life beyond a landfill.
Made To Order
We reduce waste by only finishing our items here in the UK when you order. A little wait (we dispatch in 3-5 working days), a lot less waste. Delivered with a carbon-offset and in recyclable carbon-neutral packaging derived from sugarcane.
